RG Appraisal Management Services, LLC/RG Appraisal Services, specializes in providing residential real estate appraisals for credit unions/Lending institutions for over 25 years. We here to provide all appraisal support for lending institutions.
We are not affiliated with any lending or mortgage institution, nor are we an extension of any real estate brokerage.
RG Appraisal Management Services, LLC, is an independent AMC licensed within the State of California--owned and operated by an active, certified real estate appraiser;
- Our expertise in appraising includes single-family dwellings, attached and detached condo's, 1-4 units, and semi-custom/custom multi-million dollar residences, mountain properties, desert locations, beach properties historical homes and commercial residential units (5+);
- All of our appraisers are hand-picked and go through a vigorous interview and screening process; Many of the appraisers on our panel have been with us for years. We ensure that all appraisers on our panel are current in their licensing and continuing education requirements, are USPAP and FNMA compliant, and maintain adequate and active Errors and Omission's insurance.
Our friendly and professional staff is involved with the entire appraisal process.
Tracking inspections and providing daily statuses to the lenders.
All appraisal reports are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy and completeness by our in-house Quality Control Officers and Compliance Officer before final submittal to the lender.

About the Owner/Compliance Officer
The owner and operator, has been appraising within the State of California for over 36 years. He is a Certified Residential Appraiser, having been an appraiser since before the State of California enacted a licensing program for residential real estate appraisers, he has been a first-hand witness, and active participant, to the many changes that have occurred, and still continue to occur, in the residential real estate and appraisal market. Mr. Galuppo has also been a California Real Estate Broker for 36 years.
The residential real estate market has seen its share of changes in the past 36 years, and it has always been our top priority to be well versed in, and compliant with, not only the USPAP, FHA guidelines, FNMA, Uniform Appraisal Dataset ("UAD") and the new Collateral Underwriting, but also the Dodd-Frank Act and all of the changing industry laws and regulations that affect residential real estate appraisals-- how appraisals are performed, prepared, and submitted to the lenders who request them.
